Limited Warranty

Joie Baby Canada / Joie Bébé Canada 181 Bay Street, Suite 4400, Toronto, ON, M5J 2T3, Canada, ("Company'" “Joie”, "we'" "us'" or "our") provides premium baby products to allow our customers to take care of their children with ease. This Limited Warranty page is designed to help you understand our warranty for Joie products. 

IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER SUBJECT TO QUEBEC’S CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, THE EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION DO NOT LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES UNDER SUCH ACT, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAKE A CLAIM UNDER ANY OF THE STATUTORY WARRANTIES PROVIDED UNDER SECTIONS 34 TO 54 OF SUCH ACT. 

We warrant that during the 1-year limited warranty period described below, our gear will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is not transferable, and it is the exclusive remedy for the purchaser of a Joie product. 

All our products are covered by this 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date that you purchased the product. This warranty expires if the purchaser of the product sells or otherwise transfers the product to a third party. 

We will, in our sole election, either replace any defective item or any malfunctioning part with the same or a similar item/part, or refund to you the amount that you paid for the item. We do not guarantee the availability of replacement parts and repair services.  

• Any problem caused by misuse or abuse of the product, including, but not limited to, the failure to properly maintain, store, or clean the product.
• Any problem resulting from improperly modifying the product.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused to the product by pollution, sunlight, or other environmental conditions such as mold, dirt, mildew, or exposure to harmful chemicals.
• Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow an exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you, including in the Province of Quebec.
• Items purchased or gifted through a non-retailer third party or items gifted in used condition will not be warranted.
• Products involved in an accident resulting in damage and/or losses.
• Opinion dissatisfaction pertaining to functionality, features, or aesthetics.
• This warranty is only valid for goods returned in the original country of purchase.

Simply send an email to info.ca_en@joiebaby.com and include the following information:

• A brief description of the problem along with a photo or video of the issue.
• Photo of the serial label.
• A copy of your item receipt, including date of purchase, is required.
• Include your name, phone number and shipping address.
