What is the maximum height and weight usage for this car seat?
The maximum height and weight for use in rear-facing mode is 105 cm and 18 kg, or approx. 4 years. i-Harbour E can be used in forward facing mode with the 5-point harness from 76 cm and 15 months to 105 cm and 18 kg, or 15 months to approx. 4 years.
How do you install this car seat?
i-Harbour E clicks onto the i-Base Encore spinning car seat base for both rear-facing and forward facing modes. i-Base Encore installs with ISOFIX and a load leg. Please see our instructional video that demonstrates how to install the i-Harbour car seat.
Which pushchairs is this seat compatible with?
i-Harbour E is not compatible with pushchairs.
How do I clean this seat's covers when they are dirty?
You can spot clean light marks with gentle cleaners. For heavier dirt, covers are removable and machine washable in cold water on the delicate cycle with a gentle detergent. Do not place fabrics in the dryer - hang dry only. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron them.
Why is there no infant insert for this seat?
Many families prefer to use a dedicated newborn car seat such as our Calmi car cot or an infant carrier like our sprint with built-in ISOFIX, or our i-Level Pro deep reclining infant carrier. Families moving to their next stage car seat from a newborn seat do not need the infant insert and i-Harbour E is tailored to their needs. Without the infant insert, i-Harbour E cannot be used from birth. Can this car seat be used on a flight?
i-Harbour E is not airline approved for use in-flight.
