A: Pepper™ Spin SI expires 10 years from the date of purchase. If you do not remember the date of purchase, you can use the date the seat was manufactured as an alternative. The sticker displaying the date of manufacture and the expiration date is located on the underside of the car seat.

A: Chai is easy to clean with a removable tray insert (clear) that is dishwasher safe in the top rack. The tray, back pads, seat, and wooden frame can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never use bleach to clean your highchair.
A: The feet for the youth chair are carefully stored within the highchair along with the booster straps. After removing all the leg pieces, flip the seat upside down and press on the storage release buttons and remove the youth chair feet. The storage doors must be fully closed before attaching the upper leg pieces.
