A: The Poppy Whirl stroller features an adjustable calf support to keep your child comfortable as they stroll. There are two positions: one locked and one flexible.

To lock the calf support, simply pull it up until you hear or feel a click—this means it’s securely in place for extra support.

If you’d like to lower the calf support and give your child more room to stretch their legs, press the buttons on both sides of the calf support at the same time and gently rotate it downward. This puts it into a flexible position that moves with your child’s legs.

A: Poppy™ Whirl can be used up to 50 lb.

A: This base is compatible with all Joie infant car seats.

A: No. Once the harness straps have been moved to the top position, the head support should be removed. The harness straps and the head support straps cannot go through the same slots in the shell of the seat.

A: You may continue to use your Rue after a minor accident.  A minor accident is defined as follows (all must apply):

1. The vehicle was able to be driven away from the crash site.
2. The vehicle door nearest the child restraint was NOT damaged.
3. None of the passengers in the vehicle sustained any injuries in the crash.
4. If the vehicle has air bags, the air bags did not deploy during the crash; and
5. There is no visible damage to the child restraint.

If your accident does not meet all 5 conditions, it must be replaced.

A: The pecan playard and mattress can be easily spot cleaned with a sponge and soapy water.

A: To fold the pecan playard, simply remove the mattress from the playard by unsnapping the mattress from the playard frame, then pull up on the red loop in the center of the playard until it is raised halfway.  Squeeze the release button on each side rail one at a time and push down to unlock them. The playard should fold inward and is ready to store!

A: Place the mattress in the playard with the soft side facing up, secure the mattress by pushing each mattress strap through the matching slot, pull each strap through and snap them onto the frame.

A: All leg pieces must be fully remove from the seat before the storage area can be opened.

A: Chai is easy to clean with a removable tray insert (clear) that is dishwasher safe in the top rack.  The tray, back pads, seat, and wooden frame can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never use bleach to clean your highchair.

A: The feet for the youth chair are carefully stored within the highchair along with the booster straps. After removing all the leg pieces, flip the seat upside down and press on the storage release buttons and remove the youth chair feet. The storage doors must be fully closed before attaching the upper leg pieces.
