Do not buy.Terrible. Avoid. Brought this on the recommendation it was fine for a new born. Its not suitable, without the new born insert which doesn't come with the seat and there is no mention of an insert in the manual or anywhere on the website

Not safe for newbornsUnfit and unsafe for purpose. Not suitable for newborns: the newborn insert/neck brace provided is dangerous if used, pushing the baby’s head forward, to the point that we were told to remove it before leaving the hospital. The baby - well within the size limitations specified - was unsupported in the seat for the journey home, which was nonetheless preferable to leaving the insert in and having her head in a position that risked restricting her breathing. There is no extra insert available to buy that would make the seat safe. When we complained to Joie, they at first insisted the seat was perfectly safe, suggesting that we hadn't set it up properly, before later offering to provide a newborn wedge, otherwise unavailable for purchase, yet should clearly be provided with the seat, especially as first use will be when leaving the hospital. Offered one month later, we had already bought a different car seat. Used without the insert, the seat is too deep for a newborn and the straps impossible to secure safely for use in a car. Calling this a "travel system suitable for newborns" is blatantly misleading and frankly dangerous. Refund was given after a lot of quibbling from customer service and us having to pack the seat (and i-Juva stroller it was bought with) for collection

UselsessDon’t buy this. Completely unsafe and not comfortable at all. No method of adjustment so our baby ends up squished in and screams constantly. Have had to buy a different brand entirely

Definitely purchase againPerfect for my baby boy 13 months ago and budget friendly, never had any issues. Easy to install into a car with just the seatbelt. Only thing I would say is full newborn insert needed but other than that would definitely purchase again if I needed to
