A: The 3 or 5-point harness must be used until your child is able to get in and out of the seat on their own.
A: Chai is easy to use and assemble, no tools are required.
A: You can easily change the seat from counter-height or table-height, and from youth chair to booster mode, by removing or adding portions of the wooden legs. For Counter-Height, use all included pieces of the wooden legs. For table-height use, only the upper and lower leg pieces are used. For booster mode, remove all the leg pieces. For the youth chair, use the upper leg pieces and the youth chair feet. Refer to your manual for more details.
A: Chai is easy to clean with a removable tray insert (clear) that is dishwasher safe in the top rack. The tray, back pads, seat, and wooden frame can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never use bleach to clean your highchair.
A: Chai can be used from birth up to 60 lb. For newborns use it in the reclined newborn mode until your child can sit up unaided. Never leave your child unattended in their highchair.
A: The feet for the youth chair are carefully stored within the highchair along with the booster straps. After removing all the leg pieces, flip the seat upside down and press on the storage release buttons and remove the youth chair feet. The storage doors must be fully closed before attaching the upper leg pieces.
A: All leg pieces must be fully remove from the seat before the storage area can be opened.
A: The recommended seat dimensions are a minimum of w 17 x d 14 x h 9 inches. Always ensure the booster seat is securely attached with the integrated straps prior to use.
