Joie Baby Registry Clear Out T&Cs 

1. CONTEST PERIOD: Joie’s Baby Registration (the “Contest”) begins on September 25th, 2026 at 
12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest 
Period”)
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the 
District of Columbia who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of the Contest Period. 
The parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, trustees, distributors, advertising and promotion 
agencies, employees, representatives, and agents of Joie Children’s Products, Inc. (“Joie”) and the 
immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses regardless of where 
they reside) and those living in the same households, whether or not related, of any of the above are 
not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where 
prohibited. 
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, (i) download and install Instagram on your mobile 
device and follow the instructions to complete a profile and (ii) follow @joiebaby_usa.
A. On or around September 30th, 2026, the Joie Instagram account will post a video with the tag 
“#SparkJoie” (the “Contest Post”).
B. Prior to the conclusion of the Contest Period, eligible entrants must submit, by comment to the 
Contest Post, a brief narrative as to why the entrant or another person (i.e., a relative, friend, or 
co-worker) should receive the Grand Prize (as defined below). The narrative must be between 25 
and 200 words. Narratives exceeding 200 words may be excluded from the Contest at Sponsor’s 
sole discretion.
Entries are limited to one (1) submission per Contest Period per person. Entries generated by script, 
macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. 
Any entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation above will be void at Sponsor’s
sole discretion. 
By using your mobile device to enter the Contest, data rates may apply according to the terms and 
conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as 
normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless internet access) and may appear 
on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate 
plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate 
plans and charges relating to your participation in this Contest. Mobile device service may not be 
available in all areas. Check your mobile device’s capabilities for specific instructions.
4. PRIZES: 
A. GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: At the conclusion of the Contest Period, Joie will select up to [eight 
(8)] Potential Grand Prize winners. Each Potential Grand Prize winner will receive up to three 
thousand dollars ($3,000), provided in the form of purchases from the Potential Grand Prize 
winner’s Registry (defined below) or through substitution of Joie products of similar type and value 
to the Registry items. The approximate retail value of the Contest and all Grand Prizes is twenty 
thousand dollars ($20,000).
B. WINNER SELECTION: Up to eight (8) Potential Grand Prize winners are selected by Sponsor’s 
evaluation, at its sole discretion, of the most compelling narrative submitted to the Contest Post

including components such as the entrant or their respective nominee’s respective financial need. 
Sponsor shall judge all submissions at the conclusion of the Contest Period. 
5. POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by Sponsor via 
direct message on Instagram from the official Joie account.
Sponsor will notify the Potential Grand Prize winners within seven (7) days of the end of the Contest 
Period. In this notification, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, request additional information from the 
Potential Grand Prize winner including, but not limited to, the following:
• The name and contact information of the Potential Grand Prize winner or their respective
nominee (if the entrant is not nominating themselves).
• A link to the Potential Grand Prize winner’s (or their respective nominee’s) online baby 
registry, available through companies such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Zola, etc. (the 
“Registry”).
• Information requests to verify any claims or statements made by the Potential Grand Winner 
in their respective submission to the Contest Post.
If any Potential Grand Prize winner fails to respond to Sponsor’s request within seventy-two hours of 
the message being sent by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor may determine 
a new Potential Grand Prize winner based on its evaluation of submissions.
Upon receipt of all required information to the satisfaction of Sponsor, at its sole discretion, a Potential 
Grand Prizer winner shall become a Grand Prize Winner.
All Grand Prize Winners, including an individual nominated by any entrant, shall be required to 
execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS W-9 Form and, where lawful, a 
publicity release. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize 
notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a Potential Grand Prize winner, 
or a Potential Grand Prize winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be 
forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the Grand Prize depending on the number of submissions as 
well as the quality of those submissions based on Sponsor’s evaluation criteria.
7. TAXES: The pre-tax value of a Grand Prize is approximately $3,000. Grand Prize winner is
responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes associated with prize. Sponsor will issue an 
IRS Form 1099-MISC for Grand Prize winner. Sponsor is not liable for any federal, state, or local 
taxes owed, or other adverse tax consequences or penalties. 
8. PRIZE CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize 
acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Grand 
Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner agrees that the prize is awarded pursuant to a revocable, 
nontransferable license that is personal to that winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, 
bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise 
conveyed. All prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied 
by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but 
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of 
comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 
9. GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees: (a) to 
abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects

relating to this Contest; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, 
affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, officers, directors, shareholders, 
employees, agents and representatives of each of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) 
from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons (including death) or 
property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Contest
or any Contest-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. 
10. PUBLICITY: By acceptance of a prize, each Grand Prize Winner (including any entrant and their 
respective nominee) agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, entry, and/or likeness for programming, 
advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, 
worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, without 
compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and 
without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use. 
11. MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, 
inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries or orders, or for lost, 
interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or 
cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected 
transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors 
or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, 
printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors 
or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of 
entries or orders, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Contest-related materials. Released 
Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site 
users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the 
Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or 
smartphone related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or 
use of the website or app. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest, website or 
app, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official 
Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. 
Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, 
including virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole 
opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or 
submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate 
the Contest (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from 
among all non-suspect, eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate 
the Contest for any reason in its sole discretion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY 
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF 
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR 
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES (INCLUDING 
ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, 
INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
12. PRIVACY: Your participation in this Contest constitutes consent for Sponsor to use your personal 
information solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding the prizes, unless you 
have opted to receive email communications from the Sponsor. For information regarding Sponsor’s

13. DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in the Contest, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, 
claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved

individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by mandatory, binding arbitration 
by JAMS ADR.
Entrant further agrees that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and 
entrant hereby waives all rights to claim any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, 
punitive, consequential, direct or indirect, or any other damages. Sponsor reserves the right to modify 
prize award procedures. All issues and questions concerning the validity, construction, interpretation, 
performance, and enforcement of the Contest and these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations 
of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New 
Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the 
application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New Jersey.
14. WINNERS’ NAMES: For the names of the Grand Prize Winners (available after October 1st, 2026)

Oaks Blvd. Morgantown, PA 19543, for receipt no later than Oct 9th, 2026.
