Is this pushchair suitable for newborns?
Yes. With a lie-flat recline, our valora compact pram is suitable from birth and offers a cosy haven from day one. As your child grows, 3 recline options let you and your littlie choose how they see the sights and fine-tune the seat to meet their needs.
What is the maximum weight this pushchair can be used until?
Valora can be used to a maximum weight of 22 kg.
How much does this pushchair weigh?
Weighing in at just 8.8 kg, valora is the perfect pram option from day one for everyday errands, all day outings or when you're off on holiday.
How do you fold this pushchair?
To fold valora, make sure the pram is empty, storage is clear, and the pushbar is in the lowest position. Then simply pull the fold release located on the top of the back of the seat and tip the seat forward until the back is resting on the seat base. Then just pull up on the release strap located on the rear of the seat at the fold point and valora's frame will finish folding into a compact package for storage. How small does this pushchair fold?
One of the few full-featured prams that folds compactly with the seat on and facing either way, valora measures l 38.5 x w 51.5 x h 67.5 cm when folded.
Does this pushchair have a carry strap or handle?
The release strap used to fold valora's frame can be used to carry the pram after the fold has been locked in place.
Is the harness on this pushchair adjustable?
Yes. The 5-point harness is adjustable for a customised, snug and secure fit as your child grows.
Does this pushchair have all-wheel suspension?
Yes! The all-wheel suspension is engineered for easy manoeuvring and smooth rides. Lock the two front wheels of the pram for even easier movement over uneven terrain.
Are the covers of this pushchair removable and washable?
Harness pads, buckle covers and seat pads are removable and may be washed in cold water and drip-dried. No bleach. The remaining fabric parts of the stroller are not removable and should be spot-cleaned using a soft cloth and warm soapy water.
How do I attach the carry cot to valora?
Simply place ramble xl directly above valora's adaptors and lower until you hear a "click" on each side. An audible clicking sound means the carry cot has connected completely with the pushchair. To remove the carry cot from the pushchair, press the release buttons on both sides of the carry cot and lift upwards. How long can I use this carry cot for my baby?
Your baby can be used in our ramble xl carry cot from birth until 9 kg, or until they can sit up, roll over or push up on their hands and knees by themselves - whichever comes first.
Is ramble xl's mattress pad washable?
Yes! The mattress pad in our ramble xl carry cot is completely removable. You can wash the mattress pad with a damp cloth and lay flat to dry.
Can I remove the soft goods on this carry cot to wash them?
The canopy soft goods, mattress pad liner, and seat pad on ramble xl can be removed and hand washed in cold water and drip dried. Never iron or use bleach.
What EU safety standards does i-Starter meet?
i-Starter meets the highest ECE R129 safety standards, including side impact testing, with i-Size certification for a guaranteed fit in any i-Size approved vehicle.
Does this car seat require a base for installation?
While i-Starter is compatible with i-Base Encore to add a 90° spin and i-Base lx 2, it does not require a base for installation, and can also be installed in your vehicle with the 3-point vehicle belt.
When do I remove the infant insert from this car seat?
The infant insert adds side protection for your baby and we recommend using the infant insert while your littlie is under 60 cm or until they outgrow the insert. You can remove the infant insert when your child's shoulders no longer fit comfortably and they are starting to look cramped or restricted.
Can this car seat be used on a flight?
i-Starter is not airline approved for in-flight use.
How do I clean i-Starter's covers when they are dirty?
You can spot clean light marks with gentle cleaners. For heavier dirt, the covers are removable and machine washable in cold water on the delicate cycle with a gentle detergent. Do not place in the dryer - hang dry only. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron them.
