Our supply chains

Allison Baby UK Limited is committed to continuously improving its practices to identify and eliminate any potential modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains, and to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business relationships. We have a global network of suppliers from whom we source and distribute our products.

Our commitment against modern slavery and human trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We strive to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and take reasonable and practical steps to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains. We respect and obey the laws, rules and regulations that apply to our businesses around the world and expect our suppliers to do the same. Our core values reflect our commitment to competing ethically and respecting fair employment practices. We take great care to uphold each employee’s human rights and promise a safe working environment where employees are treated with dignity and respect.

Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking

As a business we recognise the responsibility that we must work with all parties in our business and supply chain to ensure that those within are treated humanely and with respect. Our commitment is to guarantee that all our workers are neither exploited nor subject to unsafe or inhuman working conditions. As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we take great care to identify, assess and mitigate potential risks relating to modern slavery and human trafficking that may occur in our supply chains.

Supplier adherence to our values

We  have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. As part of our wider commitment to trade ethically, we take steps to ensure that our suppliers are not engaging such conduct.  In this regard, our factory has regularly passed annual SMETA (the Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) audits for compliance with labour, health and safety, and business ethics standards.
