Mala calidadHe comprado este carro en julio del año pasado de 2025 y se ha roto ya la rueda de la parte del freno hay que estarla colocando la parte del parasol tiene unos tornillos que se han soltado he contactado con soporte y no me han contestado aún por la garantía. Quiero una solución de mi carro ! Por favor !

DéceptionPoussette utilisée depuis 2 semaines et déjà des problèmes. Premier point négatif, il faut retirer les adaptateurs pour la plier. Deuxième point, après 2 semaines d'utilisation, la poussette ne se plier plus... On nous l'avait recommandé mais je regrette ce choix.

Careful if you need a bassinet, tooIt's a disaster. We bought Pact pro in advance couple of months ago, and now when it's time to use it we bought a bassinet to it, but it is impossible to get an adapter, as the official store doesn't even seem to have a page for it! The only adapter found on this store - Trax adapter (that by the way is also not available to buy) is not matching, which we found out the hard way, buying it secondhand from someone.

It's good but I expected more because of the pvp it hasI bought it because I didn't like other more famous higher priced chairs with similar or superior features. I read many forums and being such a new model there are no opinions. I thought it would have better quality because it was more modern but that's not the case. I consider it expensive for what it really is. When I saw it I liked it even though I don't see it as consistent. My main fear was that the wheels were not strong against gravel and that the backrest would not allow the baby's back to be held almost at a right angle. PROS: I was looking for a very long backrest, it has it. Quick and easy folding with one hand although not automatic. Maneuvers very well. It weighs less than 6 kg, what the manual says on the website is wrong. Abundant basket. Wheels not broken yet after 4 days of use on asphalt. Cons: It does not tilt completely horizontally for naps, very disappointing to see that the hood does not cover the baby enough to cover part of the legs (it has been burned in the sun) and many wrinkles that I am not able to remove because it cannot be ironed. If you put weight on the handlebars it falls forward. The carrying bag is too tight, it is very difficult to close it. The 5-point closure does not allow one-handed use. That's why Nuna, the manufacturer, is much more expensive because it has these things that I miss. I don't trust it to last 4 years, honestly. I fear the squeaks, I see that the screws cannot be adjusted if they occur. Once the brake is applied, the chair can continue dragging on smooth floors because the braked rear wheels slip. Good but design needs to be improved.I like it although I would improve two things that I don't understand why they have done it this way: the backrest must have a brake since the baby sits up when lying down continuously as it cannot anchor the backrest in a fixed, immobile position, making it impossible to put him to sleep because he sits only forward. There is a lack of a brake that prevents incorporating the backrest. And the positions of the footrest are absurd, the first one is almost vertical and the feet collide with each other. And the next one doesn't stay attached, it doesn't anchor. Only 2 anchored positions. Otherwise it is large and comfortable for tall babies, very light and maneuvers well. Folds quickly with one hand. It is operated with one hand too. I don't like the brake button nor does the wheel brake seem weak. The hood doesn't even cover the legs because it doesn't have a longer zipper and I didn't see this until I bought it. Soft and pleasant materials. Hood cover very wrinkled and cannot be ironed.
