A: The pecan playard is for playing or sleeping. When used for playing, never leave a child unattended and always keep child in view. When used for sleeping, you must still provide the supervision necessary for the safety of your child. If you have additional questions or concerns, please refer to your manual.

A: Joie does not offer a compatible sheet with the pecan playard mattress. The mattress is simple to spot clean with a sponge and soapy water.

A: Place the mattress in the playard with the soft side facing up, secure the mattress by pushing each mattress strap through the matching slot, pull each strap through and snap them onto the frame.

A: The pecan playard and mattress can be easily spot cleaned with a sponge and soapy water.

A: To fold the pecan playard, simply remove the mattress from the playard by unsnapping the mattress from the playard frame, then pull up on the red loop in the center of the playard until it is raised halfway.  Squeeze the release button on each side rail one at a time and push down to unlock them. The playard should fold inward and is ready to store!

A: Setting up the pecan playard is quick and easy. Simply place the playard upright  in the desired location, while keeping the center in a halfway raised position until all four sides of the playard have been locked in place. Pull up on each side rail of the playard until they are all in a locked position. Lastly push down the center hub of the playard until it's in a locked position. If you have additional questions or concerns, please refer to your instruction manual.

A:  The pecan playard open dimensions are l 40 in. x w 28 in. x h 29 in.. Folded dimensions are l 30 in x w 9.95 in. x h 9.95 in.

A: The pecan playard can be used from birth up to 30 lb., up to 35 inches, or until the child is able to climb out, whichever comes first.

A: The pecan playard comes with the playard, a mattress, and a travel bag for easy storage and travel.
