A: Folding Caraway™ is easy. Locate the folding strap inside the stroller seat by pulling up on the fabric slit in the seat. Firmly pull up on the strap and the frame with collapse into a self-standing fold.
Folding orzo mini is easy. Push in the fold activator button under the handlebar while sliding the top button to the left. Fold the back of the seat forward and then pick up by the carry handle.
A: Move the stroller backwards to turn the front wheels around. Slide the fold secondary lock release button and squeeze the one-hand-fold button while holding the fold secondary lock release button in place. Gently push the stroller forward to initiate the fold.
A: On the handlebar, you'll find two buttons - one on top and one on the bottom. Simultaneously press and hold the button under the handlebar while sliding the upper button to the left; the stroller will release from a locked state. Once the stroller unlocks from its folded position, grab onto the handlebar and flick open the stroller (picture a beach towel you're flicking sand off of.) You'll hear a click and see the stroller has locked into a fully upright position.
A: To bring the seat up, you can pull up on the stroller seat to your preferred height. To adjust the seat down, you will need to push both buttons on either side of the seat and slowly release down to the lower position. If the seat is occupied while adjusting the seat down, carefully hold the seat and lower it; do not let go, or it may jostle the occupant.
A: Place the seat in the direction you want your child to face (you or the world). Recline the seat as far as it can go. Raise the leg support to be even with the rest of the frame. Underneath the leg support is a buckle, unbuckle and flatten out the pramette. To go from pramette to toddler seat, do the reverse actions.
A: To activate the 360 Whirl™ wheels, simply press the button on the underside of the handle bar, then release. The 360 Whirl™ wheels stay activated until you press the small button located above the whirl button to deactivate and push the stroller straight to lock them in place.
A: The Poppy Whirl stroller features an adjustable calf support to keep your child comfortable as they stroll. There are two positions: one locked and one flexible.
To lock the calf support, simply pull it up until you hear or feel a click—this means it’s securely in place for extra support.
If you’d like to lower the calf support and give your child more room to stretch their legs, press the buttons on both sides of the calf support at the same time and gently rotate it downward. This puts it into a flexible position that moves with your child’s legs.
