Sehr enttäuschend – nach nur 3 Monaten unbrauchbarWir nutzen seit Jahren Produkte von Joie und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Umso größer ist die Enttäuschung bei dieser Babyschale. Der Kopfbereich ist viel zu eng, sodass unser Kind von Anfang an sehr gequetscht darin saß. Nach nur drei Monaten mussten wir die Schale bereits aussortieren, weil es einfach nicht mehr zumutbar war. Für ein Produkt, das Sicherheit und Komfort bieten soll, ist das wirklich enttäuschend. Leider absolut keine Empfehlung.

Leider eine große Enttäuschung!Leider eine große Enttäuschung! Wir haben die Joie i-Snug 2 Babyschale bereits während meiner Schwangerschaft gekauft, weil er uns optisch gut gefiel, hochwertig verarbeitet aussah und vom ADAC als gut bewertet wurde. Leider müssen wir die Babyschale nun nach nur 7 Wochen bereits ersetzen, da das Kopfpolster so eng ist, dass der Kopf unserer Tochter bereits jetzt kaum noch Platz hat und sie auch sonst ziemlich gequetscht sitzt (Vor einer Woche bei der U3 hat sie bei 54 cm Körpergröße und ca. 4600 Gramm einen Kopfumfang von 38,4 cm gehabt - also altersentsprechend völlig in der Norm!!). Zudem hat diese Babyschale das offenbar auch bei anderen Babyschalen gängige Problem, dass sich die Höhe der Gurte im Schulterbereich nicht anpassen lässt, so dass diese bereits jetzt von der Höhe her nur noch gerade so passen - hätte die Babyschale ein herausnehmbares Polster, wie die meisten anderen Babyschalen auf dem Markt, dann hätten wir also dennoch zeitnah eine Alternative finden müssen, da sonst die Schultern vom Gurt nach unten gezogen werden würden, wenn man den Gurt wie vorgesehen relativ straff angezogen hätte, um die Sicherheit bei einem Unfall zu gewährleisten. Es gibt also ganz klar KEINE Kaufempfehlung! Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie so ein Sitz überhaupt auf den Markt kommen - und dann auch noch positiv bewertet werden kann...

KopfteilDas kopfteil kann man nicht herausnehmen!!! Mein Sohn ist jetzt 5 Monate und wir brauchen eine neue Babyschale da seine Ohren komplett nach vorne gequetscht werden.

Zu engWir waren zufrieden bis vor ein paar wochen, meine zwillinge sind jetzt 5 monate alt und haben gerade mal 7,5 Kilo!! Die Köpfe sind total eingequetscht, hab auch das Kopfteil so hoch wie möglich gestellt, mehr geht nicht. Hätte eigentlich gern eine Entschädigung dafür, da "newborneinsatz rausnehmbar" total irreführend ist wenn man die kleine kopfstütze überhaupt nicht rausnehmen kann und ich jetzt viel früher als gedacht die nächsten sitze x2 brauche..

Es tut uns sehr leid, von Ihrer Erfahrung zu hören, und wir verstehen gut, wie verunsichernd es sein kann, wenn man sich nicht sicher ist, ob die Kleinen noch bequem in ihren Sitzen sitzen.
Die Kopfstütze im i-Snug 2 ist bewusst so konzipiert, dass sie fest im Sitz verbleibt, da sie eine wichtige Rolle beim Seitenaufprallschutz spielt und die korrekte Positionierung von Kopf und Nacken Ihres Kindes unterstützt. Der „herausnehmbare Neugeboreneneinsatz“ bezieht sich auf den unteren Körpereinsatz, der mit zunehmendem Wachstum Ihres Babys entfernt werden kann.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist die Kopfstütze selbst nicht herausnehmbar. Die Unterkante der Kopfstütze sollte sich auf Höhe des höchsten Punktes der Schultern Ihres Kindes befinden. Eine eng anliegende Passform in diesem Bereich ist vorgesehen und trägt dazu bei, dass Ihr Kind optimal gestützt und sicher positioniert ist.
