We are conducting an Important Safety Action relating to certain Joie Serina Swivel units sold in the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. 

This notice applies only to units with a manufacturing date from 19 February 2025 up to and including 22 February 2025.

This Safety Action applies to Serina Swivel units with model code W1306DAELD000, available from Smyths Toys.

Please check the manufacturing date on your product label (usually found on the underside of the base). If your unit falls within the affected date range, or if you are unsure, stop using the product please contact Joie Customer Care immediately. We will confirm the next steps and support you through a free-of-charge remedy process.
