We’ve received a small number of reports where the seat/base connection may loosen if the nut was not fully tightened during assembly. Units assembled according to the instructions are fine to use; no action is required.
If the nut is not tightened correctly, the fastening screw can become damaged over time due to oscillation. This typically shows as noticeable instability or a ‘wobbling’/uneven rocking motion.
If you observe this, please pause use and follow the steps below.
What you can do

A common sign of an incompletely tightened nut is instability or ‘wobbling’; if you notice this, please check and re-tighten the connection.
