ShockingThis pram has caused more problems than anything. I have had and used this daily for about 7 months now and if I hadn’t paid this price for it, it would be in the bin by now. The stroller hood folds back up every tiny bump you go over which means it can never be down and protect baby. The break gets stuck on all the time and makes a horrible clicking sound. The straps don’t stay in the tightened position as soon as baby leans forward or to the side they just loose which is unsafe. I will never recommend this track system to anyone. I contacted customer service and was told to go to the shop to get it sorted. so we drove an hour to go and get it checked where when I showed her the goo folding up she just tried the one on the display and said yeh they aren’t very good but you can have the display hood which has made no difference.

Absolutely appalling!We bought this system as it contained everything and we knew it would see our baby through until around the age of three years old. The pram car seat and isofix are all perfectly fine and adequate however the stroller section which is to be used around the age of six months old is absolutely shocking. The hood does not stay up and flops back every time you put it up which means on a sunny day it does not shield and on a rainy day it offers little protection. The rain cover is extremely flimsy and rips the foot muff does not stay attached no matter what you do. I reached out to Joie to see what they could do as we were told that their customer service is excellent they have basically tried to say that it's user error and are refusing to partially refund me or send out any replacement parts. Their current solution is for me to box up the entire pram (I kid you not!) and send it back to them for an inspection would could take up to a week in that time they won't provide me with large cardboard boxes to be able to send it back and they are unwilling to provide me with a replacement pram so basically I will be without a pram for a full week and will be unable to leave the house despite having appointments and baby classes. I think this is absolutely appalling and I will never be purchasing anything from this brand again. I would have been happy with just an Amazon gift card to pay for the replacement parts I've since had to purchase on Amazon but no they want me to send back the entire pram which is a load of faff and hassle. Considering how much we paid for the system we should not have to purchase additional parts to make it work. I will never recommend this brand to anyone make sure you stay well clear of these and go with another brand completely! You have been warned!

Joie Chrome DLXI first bought my Chrome DLX 8 years ago. I'm a pramoholic who is also a baby foster carer and I've had numerous prams and pushchairs over the years but the Chrome DLX is in my opinion the best you can get. So much so I've recently bought a new one and I love it more than the original. The new and improved canopy with all the ventilation is fab. I love the size of the carrycot again with the ventilation in the hood and the insert for the seat unit is great for small babies. My only criticism is I would like a zipped raincover ... so I bought one off Amazon. The i-snug car seat is great for tiny babies but also really lightweight for when baby gets bigger. I honestly can't recommend this travel system enough. It's big but soooo nice to push and comfortable for baby.
