Damaged Joie ChromeI bought this Joie Chrome product two months ago at BEBEMUNDO in the Mall del Sol Shopping Center and a month later I had the problem that the joint on the right tire broke. I went to ask them to help me with the solution, be it a change of the product or with the spare part, and they told me that it was not supposedly covered by the warranty. DisappointmentActually a great car. The folding mechanism and change of direction for the sports seat are great. However, the frame rattles and makes a very wobbly impression. The push bar feels uncomfortable. It's a shame, I had high hopes for the car. Now I'll send it back and hopefully find another model. TRANSLATED WITH GOOGLE

Very disappointedI just received my joy chrome stroller 2 days ago. I tried it today and I'm very disappointed. It seems manageable but when you are not riding on flat ground but on bumps or other unevenness it no longer moves forward. I found myself having to pull the stroller with my baby in it to go up a path. The folding system is nevertheless practical. I told myself that I was going to use my right of withdrawal to send it back but when putting it in the box I could see that the wheels were already very marked by the small stones from the road.. I will therefore send the stroller back, paying the shipping costs, praying that the return will be accepted. What is a shame is that for several years I had a joy litetrax stroller and I have always been satisfied with it.. what an idea to change. Really disappointed with the brand. TRANSLATED WITH GOOGLE
