Bought it in Smiths toys s from all the highchairs on display this one seemed very well made and we always love to have options. As a first time parents we didn’t know what to look for in a highchair.
Then we realised the straps are a pain to clean and undo. The chair is very heavy and despite having front wheel to move around easy, even when you slightly lift it so they touch the floor, they don't roll, so useless, worst is that when you tey to kove it around the height bar slides up making it even trickier to move.
Two cushions, but the top one not waterproof and easy to stain.
The most annoying thing by far is the thingy that goes between the legs when baby is seated is not removable once is pushed into place. So no change to remove when baby goes bigger and is uncomfortable with it between legs. The food gets stuck between the top tray and the tray support so definitely no-one tested what on a real.child eating properly to see that is pointless having a removable tray when the foso gets everywhere.
Would not buy it again!!

Not yet able to get full use ..
I bought when my baby turned 6months ready to start weaning journey , the tray is way too high for a baby and still at 8months old the tray is at her chin no way can she eat from it . So at the moment it is just sitting there waiting to be used which is very disappointing . Folds away easy but also quite weighty

Would highly recommend for babies & toddlers
Great so far. My 12 week old loves being involved in what’s going on & is always trying to sit up so this provides a perfect solution. It has 5 different recline positions meaning I can sit her up/lay her down when required. The outer layer for toddlers is wipeable which is great, the only downside is the inner layer for babies isn’t. Ours isn’t dirty yet but when it I I’ll have to look at removing the cover completely to wash it. This really is the only down side. Well worth the money!!

Bad design overall !
I mean who makes a provision of putting two cushions and then makes the top cushion NOT water resistant??? specially when the idea is to make cleaning simpler..
1.This chair is bulky & wobbly sideways but still safe I feel
2. There is no tray hight adjustment and a challenge for smaller babies ..
3.The straps I guess are a pain in all the high chairs universally
4.The challenges of ordering online and being a first time parent when you have limited knowledge on the real time problems
I regret not buying a basic ikea chair ..compact , does the basic job and super easy to clean ..

Stay away from this!
Chair itself is sturdy and looks nice BUT (and it's a gigantic BUT) the straps are not easily removable. Our son threw up in the chair because he had a tummy bug. So we HAD to take the straps out to wash them. Top straps were okay to get out and back in but the hip straps - no way. Pain to get out and no way to get them back through. Here's £100 wasted as we now have to buy a new chair. Definitely won't be one from this company though. Joie, please put some thought into your products and design them in a way that allows parents to easily clean all parts of them. Sometimes wiping things clean is not enough.
Bottom line: Shop elsewhere!
