Simple. Flawed Design.My baby has been using this from 4 weeks she always seems comfortable enough. However there is a design flaw to the attachable toy bar it doesn't attach properly to the chair and just pings off. When my baby was younger it would ping off and land on her face. Now she is 3 months old and starting to reach out and play with things however it falls off so easily she can not play with it. Disappointing. Wouldn't recommend. Very expensive for a glorified chair.

Amazing chairMy son absolutely loves his bouncer he never settled in anything other than his sling and now I have peace of mind that he is comfortable and safe and happy in his bouncer it's such a life saver
